Fastswipe

Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

These terms apply when you use the Fastswipe app or fastswipeapp.com, both operated by Fastswipe Digitals Limited. By opening an account you agree to them.

Who can use Fastswipe

You must be at least 18, resident in Nigeria, and able to pass identity verification. You may hold one account, in your own name, and you may not let anyone else use it.

Your account

Keep your password, transaction PIN and device secure. You are responsible for transactions authorised with your credentials. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.

Money and transactions

Fees

Any fee is shown before you confirm a transaction. We may change fees, and will publish the change in the app before it takes effect.

Savings and interest

Interest on savings goals accrues at the published rate and may change. Interest is not a guaranteed return, and savings are not a deposit product.

What you may not do

You may not use Fastswipe for anything unlawful, for money laundering or terrorist financing, to fund activity you are not legally permitted to fund, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is being misused, and we may be required to report it.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Payment providers, banks and networks we depend on can be unavailable at times.

Closing your account

You may close your account at any time from More › Profile › Delete account, once your balance is withdrawn. We may close an account for legal or regulatory reasons, or for breach of these terms.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use Fastswipe means you accept the updated terms.
